Laughter Clubs

Laughter Club programs provide light-to-moderate exercise for mental & physical flexibility, mood regulation, stress reduction, and an attitude boost. In other words, a real therapeutic ally. The programs work well in schools, seniors centres, long-term care and hospitals, workplaces, fitness centres, and support communities, libraries and public parks.

Regular sessions: 45 minutes

Sessions will include an overview of why laughter is important in our lives and how we can incorporate it into our day-to-day activities. You will be part of an interactive laughter program led by a Certified Laughter Leader™ and ending with a motivational session on Good-Hearted Living™.

Workshop Sessions: 1 to 3 hours

Enrich your conferences, business meetings or educational events with a session on laughter. Participants will get energized and relaxed through this laughter program tailored to your organization. They will develop their communication skills while they participate in laughter exercises. These sessions have been shown to relieve stress, depression, anger and anxiety.
